Gemboard.ai Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how Gemboard.ai handles information when you visit the website, create an account, sign in, build jewellery design briefs, generate concepts, edit designs, export files, or purchase a plan.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number when provided, professional role, password hash, and email-verification status.
• Profile information: information you choose to add, such as address, language, timezone, and business or tax details. Sensitive identifiers are stored in hashed form where supported.
• Design content: uploaded reference images, briefs, selections, generated concepts, edits, design metadata, and export requests.
• Usage information: feature activity, generation and download counts, technical diagnostics, timestamps, and security events.
• Payment information: plan and transaction references. Payment card or bank credentials are handled by the selected payment provider rather than stored directly by Gemboard.ai.
• Google sign-in information: verified email, name, and basic profile information returned by Google when you choose Google authentication.

3. How we use information

• Authenticate accounts, verify email addresses, and maintain secure sessions.
• Generate, edit, save, organize, and export jewellery concepts and related files.
• Apply plan limits, track usage, process purchases, and provide account support.
• Operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve Gemboard.ai and its generation workflows.
• Send essential service, verification, security, and account communications.

4. AI processing and service providers

Design briefs, reference images, and related instructions may be sent to configured AI, vision, storage, email, CAD-processing, and infrastructure providers to perform the feature you request. The provider used can vary with deployment configuration and feature availability. We share only the information reasonably needed to provide that service.

4A. Research and service improvement

Subject to your Terms of Use and applicable privacy choices, Gemboard.ai may analyse submitted inputs, generated images, edits, feedback, and associated technical metadata to evaluate models, improve generation quality, develop safety and reliability systems, conduct internal research, and enhance Gemboard.ai. Where reasonably practicable, research datasets are aggregated or de-identified. Personal data remains subject to this policy and applicable withdrawal or deletion rights.

5. Cookies and sessions

Gemboard.ai uses cookies or similar browser storage to maintain authentication, protect sessions, remember relevant choices, and support Google sign-in. Disabling required session storage may prevent authenticated features from working.

6. Storage and retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and transaction records, meet security needs, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable obligations. Retention periods can differ by information type and deployment. Data may be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers acting on our behalf, when you request an integration or export, to protect users and the service, during a business reorganization, or when disclosure is required by applicable law.

We use measures designed to protect information, including hashed passwords, opaque session tokens, access controls, and limited handling of payment credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a strong, unique password and protect access to your email account.

9. Your choices and requests

You may update available profile details in Gemboard.ai and can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other available controls relating to your personal information. Some records may be retained where necessary for security, transactions, or applicable obligations.

10. Children

Gemboard.ai is intended for jewellery professionals and business users. It is not designed for use by children or for knowingly collecting children’s personal information.
